Nuronus provides a security posture and compliance management platform designed for Managed Service Providers (MSPs). The Service includes security assessments, compliance monitoring, vendor risk management, and related features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
